General Policies:
We request that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. No infants in the color area. Walk-Ins and Wait Lists are available. All prices are subject to change. Discounts, coupons and other price adjustments cannot be combined. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Services of 2 or more must be secured with a major credit card or gift certificate number. Once a treatment begins, you are responsible for payment of that service. Quiet must be observed at all time.

Reservations:
We encourage you to schedule spa appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please call 619.574.7500 for availability. All our services are subject to availability. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

Arrival & Check-In:
For your first visit to , we strongly encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so you may have time to fill out your Personal Profile. Returning clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself to relax. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals - to be fair to all our guests and therapists, late arrivals may not receive a full treatment and will be billed for the full treatment.

What to Wear:
Robes, Wraps, Slippers, Towels & Linens are provided for you at . We encourage you to leave extra jewelry and other valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. For Waxing Services you may prefer to wear a bathing suit. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you prefer them. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over any part of your body not being treated.

Medical Conditions:
We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

Hair Removal:
In order to make your waxing treatment more comfortable we offer the following recommendations: hair growth should be at least 1/4" but not longer than 1/2" for the most effective treatment. We cannot wax clients that are taking Accutane, Retin-A or other antibiotics due to the increased sensitivity to your skin.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please call us at 619.574.7500 as soon as possible so we can allow those clients on our Waiting List to enjoy our services. Please note, we must receive at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment or you will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Gratuities:
Tipping is left to your discretion. If you are pleased with your service it is customary to extend a 15% to 20% gratuity. Gratuities are not included in Gift Certificates and/or Spa Packages and may not be paid for with Gift Certificates or other coupons.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. There is a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

Cell phones and laptop computers are not permitted in our spa.
